Cold Recipe

At the first sign of your throat tingling, aches and pain and fatigue:


Press the juice of half a lemon, add a thumb size piece of ginger that you either cut in small pieces, or grate, 1 crushed clove of garlic, and a teaspoon of honey.  Add boiling water and drink twice a day, 3 to 4 times if feeling feverish.  You are sure to avoid being struck down by flu provided you also rest as much as you can, and take daily doses of Vitamin C and D3, with a zinc supplement.
