Coping with anxiety

It is incredibly worrying to me to notice the increasing number of people suffering from anxiety.  This can take many forms, and panic attacks, chest pain, depression, low energy, and poor self-image are only a few.  With so much negativity in the world, so much inequality and injustice, not too mention the ever permanent threats outside of our control (natural disasters, terrorism, and acts of random violence happening on our doorstep) , it is also understandable.  But we all have the power, inside ourselves to re-centre by grounding ourselves,  focus on seeing the beauty around us, and take pleasure in small things, especially helping others in however small ways.  It all matters.  We have to spread that good energy around, so that we can receive back the best that the world can offer.  I find, that guided meditation, whilst receiving reflexology, is a great way of finding solace and empowerment in this mad world.
